  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2–7 business days after order confirmation. 
  • Customized or Made-to-Order Pieces: These bespoke creations require 7–14 business days for crafting before they are shipped.

All orders are beautifully packed in our premium jewelry packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to offer tracked delivery worldwide:

  • International Orders: Generally 7–10 business days , depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier timelines. 

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. External factors like customs or courier delays may affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Options

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery country and order details.

Once your order is shipped:

  • You can also track your order by logging into your Armonia Gems account.

For shipments, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges.
  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
