We want you to love your gemstone purchase. If you face any issue, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

2. Items Eligible for Return

You can return:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

Note: Customized items, engraved pieces, and special-order gemstones are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at support@armoniagems.com within 30 days.
  • Share your order ID and issue details.
  • Our team will guide you through the return steps.
  • Ship the product back using safe packaging.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was from our side.

5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item, we can help you choose another gemstone or a product of similar value.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will replace or refund it at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if they haven’t been shipped yet.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
