1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
2. Items Eligible for Return
You can return:
- Damaged items
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defects
Note: Customized items, engraved pieces, and special-order gemstones are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process

Contact us at support@armoniagems.com within 30 days.
- Share your order ID and issue details.
- Our team will guide you through the return steps.
- Ship the product back using safe packaging.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was from our side.
5. Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item, we can help you choose another gemstone or a product of similar value.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will replace or refund it at no additional cost.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if they haven’t been shipped yet.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
